Mario Rocks! is a gaiden-type mario fangame which combines the elements of Super Mario Bros and Ninja Gaiden made in Game Maker and RPG Maker 2003 (other Mario)
This version is combination of Super Mario Bros. 3 and Ninja Gaiden. New weapons were added such as: Basic Shruiken, Long Spear, Silver Spear, Diamond Sword, P-Speed Sword, Super Shuriken, and Golden Spear.
Gameplay[]
The game uses a modified Super Mario Bros 3 HUD which removes the P-Speed feature and the right thing and adds a mechanic which is the boss bar. The player starts in a lobby like from Super Mario 128 and starts with unlimited fireballs that bounce. The player can go to the shop to upgrade and buy stuff like weapons, powerups, items and a extra star.
